Chard Salad
One bu. chard
one garlic clove, mashed
3 Tbsp. olive oil
handful of chopped Greek olives
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
sprinkling of chili pepper flakes
pinch dried Italian herbs (you choose!)
freshly-ground pepper
Wash chard & cut into large pieces. Steam until soft. Set out to cool. Meanwhile, mix the remaining ingredients into a dressing. Toss with chard in large bowl.
