1-2 lbs. Fava beans freshly-ground black pepper
1/4 c. rice vinegar (apple cider vinegar works, too) salt
Shell beans and steam for 3 minutes. Add vinegar, pepper and salt to the steamed beans. Eat them warm right away, or let them marinate overnight and add to a salad.
