Our new box delivery truck is in for a pit stop to have insulation and shelving installed. We insulate it to keep the fabulous fruits and veggies nice and cool from the moment we load the truck until we deliver them to your pick up location. As for the shelves they will help keep the egg coolers in place and safe from falling.
In the spring I hope to be able to find the $5000 needed to install a refrigeration unit in this truck. Just having insulation alone will make a big difference. we hope to have the truck ready to start deliveries in January.
