Here's what we hope to put in the box for July 4th week...
Plums or Apricots or Nectarines
Sweet Corn.. Bi color corn that is sweet but has a great corn flavor.
Lettuce...
Cherry Tomatoes...
Big Tomatoes... A selection from our first heirloom and specialty tomatoes.
Garlic... Keep this to use later.
Red Torpedo onions... These will keep for quite some time also.
Summer squash...
Spinach or Carrots...
Potatoes... Red White and Blue Mix, very patriotic.
Lemon Verbena... Great for tea, vodka or baking.
All Boxes will be delivered on the same day at the same place and time next week other than the following...
Davis Boxes will be delivered at 6pm on Tuesday and Newsbeat will be closed at 4pm Wednesday.
Potrero Hill Neighborhood center will be closed so your box will be left outside the main door. Please pick it up asap.
