1 qt. miso soup broth
tofu (firm)
fresh mushrooms
scallions
1/2 c cabbage (thinly sliced)
fresh grated ginger
lemon grass
hot chili oil
This is such a delicious soup that a dear friend of mine makes. I thought you would enjoy it as much as I do. You kind of just wing the portions. The lemon grass is the sour. It is key not to overcook this soup. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
