Trevor and Brian are working in partnership with us to produce mushrooms on the row of poplars that were cut down late fall. Last saturday they started to sort the logs into those that they will inoculate and others for just firewood. Ounce this is cleared up Roberto will prepare beds 20’ either side to plant two mixed lines of fruit, nut, herbs, Lavender and more in a true permaculture pattern. The mushrooms could start fruiting in the fall.
