Pablito’s Grilled Onions

onions cut into slices, thickolive oil soy sauce/tamari or balsamic vinegar toasted sesame seed oil (optional)

Marinate the onion slices in the oils and tamari or vinegar while you prepare the rest of your meal. Use approximately equal quantities to start and modify to your taste. You don’t have to cover the onions in the marinade, just have enough for one side to get seasoned and then flip the onions to marinate the other side. Grill (or broil) the onions until nice and soft.
