It is getting warmer but we still are sowing, lettuce, kale's, collards, chard and arugula. This are important staples in our weekly Eatwell Box. Keeping the beds wet cools the beds. The varieties of lettuce are heat tolerant one's also. We do have shade cloth to go over the beds which we may use on this crop but definitely on the next sowing in a weeks time.
