Last week we made our final pass through the tomato field with the tractor to cultivate any weeds remaining. Ounce the drip lines and the stakes are in place we have to hoe by hand any weeds that appear.
This drip line is made by Queengil, an Israeli company. It is larger in diameter that most drip line at 7/8". We find that the distribution of water over the 625' long run is better. We manifold the lines at both end also.
These tomatoes will be staked this weekend.
