These last two weeks while you have been on your much deserved vacation, I have missed you so much. While the organic fruits and vegetables I bought from our grocery were not “bad”, they did not have the freshness or the depth of flavor that yours do. We are so lucky to have farmers like you who not only provide us with beautiful, tasty food, but do so in a thoughtful and responsible manner. While on a daily basis we do know what that means, it is during these times when you are taking a break that we truly understand on a visceral level what you are doing.
