"How to Cook a Heritage Bird" Series Introduction

As part of our BarnRaiser fundraiser to raise the necessary capital to raise dual-purpose, heritage birds we sent a number of free cockerels to chefs, cooks and aficionados in the SF Bay Area for a test run. We wanted to see what they would come up with and how our birds measured up to their imaginations and standards.
