Preferred Storage Conditions:

Temperature range: 32-40 degrees F

Humidity level for storage: 90-95% humidity

How to store: Separate greens from roots before storing in the fridge, and keep in separate plastic bags.

How to use: Radishes are wonderful in green salads, and they’re quite tasty roasted or sauteed.  You can eat the radish greens, too!  They have a peppery flavor, and they’re great raw in salads and sandwiches, or you can cook them as you would other leafy greens. See our recipes!
