Lemon Verbena
Preferred Storage Conditions: humid and cool
How to store: This herb dries out quickly (literally, within a day or so of being harvested). We pick it the day before you receive it, so it may already be mostly dry.
- If dry, remove leaves from stems & storing in a jar to use as tea or to infuse broth or milk with flavor.
- If not yet dry, store in plastic bag in fridge (you could wrap in a damp, not wet, paper towel and place inside bag for even better moisture-saving!) or store upright in an inch of water, then refrigerate or keep on counter.
