How to store: Store in plastic bag in fridge. Also freezes well: chop into bite-sized chunks, blanch in boiling water until bright green (20-45 seconds), and place in a single layer on baking sheets. Place sheets in freezer. Once frozen, slide broccoli pieces off baking sheet and store in freezer bags or plastic containers.
