If you would like to make any of the below changes to next week’s delivery*, please note that you must contact us by phone or email before noon on Friday.
*Next week’s delivery refers to the delivery that will be arriving on Wednesday or Thursday next week. For instance, if you wanted to cancel a delivery for May 5th, 2010, you have until noon on Friday, April 30th, 2010, in order to put in that request. If you wanted to set up a renewal to begin on May 5th, the same deadline applies.
This deadline applies if you would like to do any of the following:
(1) Placing next week’s delivery on hold, which postpones it until your next regularly scheduled delivery
(2) Setting up a new subscription to begin next week
(3) Purchasing “add-ons” to your box, such as salt, sugar, and flour
(4) Making any other changes to your account, including increasing or decreasing the amount of eggs you receive, moving your deliveries to another location, and taking a break from the CSA.
