Our Deadline!
If you would like to make any of the below changes to next week’s delivery*, please note that you must contact us by phone or email before 10 a.m. this Friday.
*”Next week’s delivery” refers to the delivery that will be arriving on Wednesday or Thursday next week. For instance, if you wanted to cancel a delivery for May 5th, 2010, you have until 10 a.m. Friday, April 30th, 2010, in order to put in that request. If you wanted to set up a renewal to begin on May 5th, the same deadline applies.
This deadline applies if you would like to do any of the following:
(1) Cancel/postpone next week’s delivery (if you have one scheduled).
(2) Set up a renewal to begin next week (if needed)**.
**if you are setting up a renewal, please note that we only accept credit card numbers over the phone, not via email or voicemail, to protect your financial security. Thanks!
(3) Make any other changes to your account, including increasing or decreasing the amount of eggs you receive, moving your deliveries to another location, and taking a break from the CSA.
If you would like to do any of the above, please call 866.627.2465 or email organic@eatwell.com before 10 a.m. on Friday. If you contact us before the 10 a.m. Friday deadline, your request can go through for next week.
Please note that I will send a confirmation email after I make any change to your subscription. If you do not hear back from me before 2 p.m. Friday, please call the farm! Any messages and emails left over the weekend will be handled on Monday.
