If you have EVER been a member of Eatwell Farm, please follow the below directions to start up a subscription again:
(1) Login to your online account here and choose the subscription that suits you best.
(2) Decide how many box deliveries and eggs (if any) you’d like to receive. Check out the below table for the breakdown in prices and options.
(3) Decide if you would like your deliveries to arrive every week or every-other week.
(4) If you want to go for the 12 deliveries (13th free!) subscription, we will send you arenewal gift (if you’re renewing for 24 deliveries with two free, we’ll send two gifts).
(5) If you have trouble with the online system or do not wish to renew online, call the farm! You can reach us at 866.627.2465 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Call us before 10 a.m. Friday to receive your delivery the following week. Have your VISA or MasterCard handy (we only keep credit card numbers on file if members specifically ask us to!).

Also, if you are interested in our AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SYSTEM, here’s a little rundown of how it works:
Even though we call it an “automatic” renewal, we still process each renewal manually. We will renew you for the same amount of boxes and eggs each time your subscription runs out. You will receive a reminder email indicating that we have you in our automatic renewal system and that we will charge the credit card number we have on file for you. If you do not want us to charge your card or would like to make a change to your order, you will need to contact us before 10 a.m. on Friday the week you receive the email. We ALWAYS send a confirmation email when we renew you, so it is important to look out for that email. If you do not receive that email, please call the office and leave a voicemail. Please do not wait until the day of your delivery to contact us–by that point, it is too late!
Please note, our automatic renewal option is only available for 4-box subscriptions and if you prefer to renew for a longer period (13 boxes or 26 boxes), you will need to renew yourself through your online account and we will continue to send you reminder emails when your subscription is about to end.
