Oh no! There are a couple of different ways you could have missed your delivery. First, determine which of these applies to you:
I went to pick up my delivery during the normal pick-up times, but it wasn’t there!
If your name is not on the sign-in sheet . . .
Please do not take a box. Call or email Ashlee at (707) 999-1150 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please trust that she will return your call or respond to your email as soon as she can.
If your box and/or eggs were not at your pickup site . . .
. . . and your name is on the list, call or email Ashlee in the office as soon as you can. She will be more than happy to help you figure out what to do next. Make sure you tell her the details of what happened.
I completely forgot my delivery or wasn’t able to make it before the end of my pick-up time.
Eatwell Farm only guarantees our deliveries until the end of the pick-up time for your delivery location. These pick-up times can be found by clicking on “Drop Point Details” in the My Subscriptions section of your member dashboard. They are also listed here.
If you forgot your delivery or weren’t able to make it before the end of your pick-up time, you are welcome to contact your host. Their contact information is listed under “Drop Point Details” when you are logged into your online account. (Go to http://eatwell.csaware.com/store/ to log in.) You are also welcome to call or email Ashlee to get your host’s contact information. The hosts are not obligated to accommodate a late pick-up, but some are happy to do so. If you are unable to reach your host, you may simply need to wait until your next delivery. Please contact the office if you have further concerns or questions.
If you know ahead of time that you will not be able to pick up your delivery, consider asking a friend or neighbor to pick it up for you!
