Red Kuri Squash
The mornings have a chill in the air but we are still picking tomatoes, basil, strawberries and peppers. The color of the Red Kuri squash in you box this week is dramatic. For me it is a real time of bounty, a transition from summer to fall. Time for some some delicious soup, made with our chicken stock. Have a wonderful day… Nigel
