On Going Repairs

Roberto does a great job of watching for problems with the tractors and tools. This is important as often it averts a major failure which always costs too much money. Yesterday he called me over to inspect two small cracks in a weld on this Sundance cultivator. He took my tractor and I drove this one 3 miles down the road to the welding shop. On arrival Jose dropped what he was doing, quickly repaired the weld and I was back on the farm quickly. That is what I call service.
